UV-C Technology Portfolio for Building Performance and Clean Air
Technology Selection, Not One-Size-Fits-All Product Sales
UV-C is not a one-size-fits-all product category. The right system depends on the facility, HVAC layout, room use, occupancy, airflow, safety requirements, maintenance access, and the project’s intended outcome.

Valkr Ray helps project teams evaluate these conditions before equipment is selected. Our role is to connect proven UV-C technologies to practical building-performance goals, including cleaner HVAC systems, reduced biological buildup, cleaner shared air, lower maintenance burden, improved operational confidence, and measurable energy-reduction opportunities.

For contractors, engineers, facility teams, and owners, this means better product alignment, clearer application guidance, stronger documentation support, and greater confidence before installation.
Surface & Unoccupied-Space UV-C Systems
Portable and fixed UV-C systems for targeted surface and air treatment in unoccupied or controlled-use spaces where safety, scheduling, and operating protocols are critical.

EDU-C
Mobile, high-output surface and air UVC fixtures designed for unoccupied spaces. The EDU-C Series is intended for emergency-response discharge events and regular operating protocols in areas such as locker rooms, nurse stations, and similar spaces. Units include timers, motion sensors, wheels, and a tip-resistant base, and provide 360-degree UVC application in a portable format.

EDU Series
Portable, high-output surface UV-C fixtures designed for unoccupied spaces. Ideal for emergency-response disinfection and routine treatment protocols, the EDU Series can be moved from room to room for quick UV-C application where flexible deployment matters most.

ADU Series
Fixed vehicle-mounted UVC units designed for interior roof installation to provide surface UVC treatment before and after passenger transit in unoccupied vehicles. Ideal for ambulances, buses, transport vans, school buses, military vehicles, mobile hospitals, and mobile blood-donor buses. Available in multiple configurations with down-facing open lamps, protective grids, timers, and door-switch safety features.

ASD Series
Hybrid ceiling-mounted UVC units designed for unoccupied open areas, combining the best features of upper-air and surface UVC application. Depending on the model, the ASD Series uses one or two Philips PL-L UV lamps to provide dual-purpose air and surface treatment in a single fixture.
Upper-Air UV-C for Occupied Spaces
Upper-air UV-C systems are designed to treat air in the upper room zone while spaces remain occupied, helping support cleaner shared air in high-traffic environments when properly designed, installed, and operated.
CDU Series

Drop-ceiling upper-air UVC units engineered for high-risk occupied spaces, combining dynamic and passive UVC application in a 360-degree light field. The CDU is certified to meet UL 8802 occupant-safety standards, applies UVC continuously in occupied spaces, and is designed to blend cleanly into the ceiling. An optional air destratification model is also available.
2 x 2 Series

Drop-ceiling upper-air UVC fixtures designed for high-risk areas, combining dynamic and passive UVC application in a 360° light field. The 2x2 Series can be installed in suspended ceiling grid T-bar systems, flush-mounted to the ceiling, or cable-suspended, and uses four high-output PL-L 35W lamps. It is designed for ceiling heights of 8 feet and above, with a listed coverage area of up to 1,200 square feet.
GL Series

Wall-mounted upper-air UVC fixtures designed for spaces with high ceilings, featuring an open-style housing that provides a wide field of UVC above the breathing zone. The GL Series is intended to deliver effective upper-air UVC application in occupied spaces while targeting the upper-air zone. Available in multiple models using 1, 2, or 4 Philips PL-L UV lamps, the series supports a range of coverage needs.
HW Series

Wall-mounted upper-air UVC fixtures designed for hallways, corridors, and other long, narrow spaces where lower ceiling heights make wall mounting the better choice. The louvered design keeps the upper-air UVC field in a straight line above occupants’ heads, supporting effective upper-air application while maintaining CDC/NIOSH upper-air guidelines.
WM Series

Wall-mounted upper-air UVC fixtures designed for hallways, corridors, and other long, narrow spaces where lower ceiling heights make wall mounting the better choice. The louvered design keeps the upper-air UVC field in a straight line above occupants’ heads, supporting effective upper-air application while maintaining CDC/NIOSH upper-air guidelines.
CM Series

Wall-mounted upper-air UVC fixtures designed for spaces where wall mounting is preferred and ceiling heights are lower. The louvered design helps keep the upper-air UVC field in a straight line above occupants’ heads, supporting effective upper-air application while maintaining CDC/NIOSH upper-air guidelines. Intended for rooms with 8'–10' ceilings, the WM Series is available in one- and two-lamp configurations to support different coverage needs.
ASD Series

Hybrid ceiling-mounted UVC fixtures designed for targeted application in high-risk areas, providing upper-air UVC in occupied spaces and high-level surface UVC in unoccupied spaces. The ASD Series includes motion sensors, a control panel, and timers, and is intended to replace labor-intensive portable surface UVC units with a fixed, simple-to-operate system.

MED Series
Portable, highly targeted upper-air UVC systems designed for temporary and rapidly deployable spaces. The MED Series is well suited for temporary medical structures, emergency shelters, traveling events, first aid tents, and disaster-relief environments. The MED-418 uses four 18W Philips UV lamps, provides 360-degree coverage, and is recommended for areas up to 440 square feet.
PRU Series

In-duct UVC units designed for packaged and rooftop A/C and heating systems, engineered to maintain continuous 24/7 UVC exposure on the coil surface to help support high AHU efficiency. The PRU Series is available in multiple configurations for packaged rooftop units ranging from 5 to 40 tons, with 60W and 95W lamp options. It is appropriate for both residential and light commercial applications.
GC Series

Ceiling-mounted upper-air UVC fixtures designed for large open spaces where ceiling mounting is preferred. The open configuration creates a wide field of UVC above occupants’ heads, supporting effective upper-air application in rooms with ceiling heights above 10 feet. The GC Series is available in multiple models and lamp sizes, including one- and two-lamp configurations with 36W, 60W, and 95W options to accommodate different coverage areas.
In-AHU & In-Duct UV-C for HVAC Performance
UV-C systems installed inside air-handling units and ductwork can support cleaner coils, reduced biological buildup, improved HVAC operation, lower maintenance burden, and energy-reduction opportunities in commercial, institutional, and residential systems.
AR Series

Commercial adjustable-rack UVC fixtures designed for installation inside air-handling units and duct systems. The AR Series is factory pre-wired for code-compliant installation, built with durable extrusion and watertight connectors, and engineered with vertically and horizontally adjustable lamp bars so the fixture can be centered on cooling coils and fit around motors or other obstacles. It is available in multiple sizes and configurations, with options from 2 to 10 lamps wide, 1 to 4 rows high, and 60W or 95W lamp sizes.

ADPL Series
Compact in-duct UVC fixtures designed for small split-system HVAC applications in both light commercial and residential settings. Installed at the coil plenum, the ADPL Series is available in multiple models and lamp sizes to accommodate different duct sizes and intensity requirements, with options ranging from one- and two-lamp configurations using 35W, 60W, or 95W Philips lamps.
